Wow, I like this one a lot!! I finally got around to watching the entire Alien movie a few days ago (always caught it on TV in the middle or at the end) and thought it was great. I'll probably wait to rent Prometheus now since I keep reading that it's not that good. Which is too bad, the trailer made it look amazing. :/

This sketch is fantastic, mate. I agree with you about Prometheus. I really didn't like the fact that EVERYTHING was related and inter-connected. I mean, the awesomeness of the original Alien films (1 and 2 I'm talking about) is that they were as far removed from us as possible. There was no connection - they just wanted to use us as incubators and be done with us. They were so foreign which is what made them threatening. Then to find out that we're all connected? Bah. Smacks of George Lucas and Midi-f***ing-chlorians to me. Stupid ret-cons.

Prometheus could have been a LOT worse, but the sad thing is it could have also been a lot better
