i always loved Rhino as a spiderman villain. he was huge and a in a rhino suit. i have seen him in some more recent comics, some by the kubert bros and he just didn't have that same feeling he used to have way back when he was originated. the version i drew is more like his original look. albeit through my own looking glass. but i dig him and i am happy i was commissioned by to draw him up.
As always TimKelly you stun me with your PS brush technique and abilities. How did you get used to using the tablet as a primary means of inking ? I might just be to obsessed with having neat lines and need to stop ><
Anyway great job

ultimate rhino is kinda cool as his own separate design, but I love the original rhino's look way better. my brother has this marvel legends toy of him that I keep around in my room just because it looks so damn cool.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.

used to covet a Rhino action figure, what a majestic villain is he. Alongside the similarly-attired Armadillo anyway.
